Site Engineer 2 Position
-Strong ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in construction software including AutoCAD, MS Project, and standard Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to assert authority, motivate site teams, and manage diverse groups of subcontractors.
- Decisive and analytical thinkers who can make rapid, safe decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate active construction terrain.
- Good command of Khmer and English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
