yo guys i live in T2 city
I saw on X.com and Instagram that people reporting potholes on CPGRAMS Portal and they actually get it fixed
i had very less hopes to get it working
but still i made account checked all the zone/ward details, took photos properly and wrote the report
and after 5 days i got a call that they filled the potholes, but they misunderstood it, they filled the opposite side
so i told them correct area and they are filling it today
so yea gotta appreciate whoever is in charge, that they are acknowledging it and taking necessary actions

if you file from their mobile app, that won't work because it files it under one category always and that category is some CM feedback thing
