Every day, there are two types of streaks: 'normal' and 'boosted.' They both last for 24 hours. If you begin mining again within those 24 hours, your streak will get longer. But if you don't start mining within 24 hours, you'll lose your streak, and it will reset to zero.
It's important to know that these streaks are important because they allow you to participate in events where you can win many prizes every month.
