If you submitted your KYC while KYC slots were not officially open, your application may remain pending for now. There is no issue with your submission.
Once the next KYC phase opens, pending applications will be reviewed and approved if all information is correct.
Please rest assured that your KYC is already in the queue. There is no need to worry or request a resubmission.
