The Quantum Wallet Foundation has launched a restructuring and financing plan, allocating $5 billion for user compensation, ecosystem development, and market incentives.
Historical data is expected to be gradually restored in December. Users are advised to continue to safeguard their original account private keys and mnemonic phrases. After data restructuring, the Foundation plans to provide additional compensation of 50% of the original account's asset value to users whose assets have been frozen for an extended period. For example, if the original account had 1,000 USDT, the expected additional compensation would be 500 USDT. Specific compensation standards and implementation times will be subject to the official announcement.
