Urgent Notice: Quantum Wallet (ATU) Users Must Immediately Stop Depositing Funds
Issued by: Digital Asset Security and Anti-Fraud Risk Warning Center
Dear Quantum Wallet (ATU) Users:
To protect the safety of users' funds, our center is issuing this urgent warning regarding recently discovered risks associated with online fraud.
According to a report by the Agence Kampuchea Presse (AKP) on August 25, 2026, the **Preah Sihanouk Provincial Gendarmerie** recently conducted a raid on a hotel in Sihanoukville, detaining 35 foreign nationals suspected of engaging in illegal online fraud activities.
During the operation, law enforcement officers seized a large quantity of electronic devices and related items, including 28 desktop computers, 13 laptops, 55 mobile phones suspected of being linked to the fraud, 40 personal mobile phones, and other relevant evidence. The individuals and seized items were subsequently transferred to the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Gendarmerie headquarters for further investigation.
Subsequent investigations, examinations of electronic devices, and interrogations of the detained individuals revealed leads indicating that some victims were involved with Quantum Wallet (ATU) applications and related financial transactions.
Given that the situation is still under further verification, and to prevent more users from suffering financial losses:
⛔️ All Quantum Wallet (ATU) users must immediately stop making further deposits!
Do not transfer USDT, BNB, TRX, or other digital assets to the Quantum Wallet (ATU) application, designated wallet addresses, or any personal accounts until the investigation results are clarified.
⚠️ Users who have already deposited funds should immediately take the following steps:
First, stop adding any further funds.
Second, save all deposit and transfer records.
Third, save screenshots of the Quantum Wallet (ATU) application interface, account balances, withdrawal records, and transaction history.
Fourth, save chat logs with customer service representatives, promoters, and project personnel.
Fifth, save the relevant blockchain transaction hashes (TXID), recipient wallet addresses, and associated timestamps.
Please note:
Any demand requiring victims to deposit additional funds in order to retrieve their original capital may result in further financial loss. Relevant investigations are currently ongoing. Our center will issue further notifications to users in a timely manner once verified investigation results become available.
All Quantum Wallet (ATU) users are advised to immediately cease making deposits and to prioritize safeguarding existing funds and transaction records.
