Position: Mechanical Engineer
No. of Vacancies: 3 Nos.
Job Type: Contractual (Third Party Contract only)
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 Months (will be extended as per the project requirement)
Location: Vadodara (Work from office)
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Required Experience:
5-10 years of professional experience performing detailed engineering and stress analysis of high temperature pressurized equipment specially in Refinery plants.
Having worked as lead or responsible engineer for Basic & Detail engineering of Refinery and Ammonia Plants is a necessity.
Working knowledge of ASME Section 1, Section VIII Div. 1, B31.1, B31.3, and TEMA standard, and API 650, API 660 standards.
Experience in material selection, welding, testing, and quality control is desired.
Effectively communicate by email, ppt or face to face APs execution strategies, schedule issues and project requirements.
Must be familiar with an engineering organization, the function of each discipline and how they interact and the function of the various support groups globally.
Experience of working with manufacturers of fabricated equipment and quality control / inspection experience will be of added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing customer technical requirements and specifications and incorporate into project designs.
Prepare technical specifications and conduce bid tab reviews.
Design and detail engineering of equipment such as Reactors & internals, Columns & Internals, Heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels/Drums and API 620 / 650 Tanks, subject to high temperatures / pressures.
Modeling equipment with Code compliance using commercially available software like HTRI, Compress, PV Elite etc.
Review all vendor documents and responding to vendor / site queries
