SCRIPTURE
31 Jesus answered them, “Do you now believe?
32 Indeed the hour is coming, yes, has now come, that you will be scattered, each to his own, and will leave Me alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me.
33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

PRAYER
Heavenly Father,
We thank You that in Christ we have true peace, for You have spoken these things so that we may rest in Him. Though we face tribulation in this world, You call us to be of good cheer, because our Lord and Savior has overcome the world.
Today we pray that You will settle our hearts in the deep peace that flows from Your One and Only Son. Uphold us by Your Word when trials press near, and fill us with quiet courage and living hope.
Grant us strength, Father, to fulfill every duty and responsibility set before us in the week ahead, walking steadily in the victory Christ has already won.
Comfort our souls with the assurance of Your presence, we pray, and guide us to live faithfully every day for Your glory.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus,
Amen.
