PRAYER
Heavenly Father, Creator of all things, we pray today giving thanks for Your unwavering faithfulness in a changing world.
We recognize Your protective hand, as You are our Rock and Fortress through every season of trial.
God of all wisdom, we pray for our nation at this pivotal moment.
Grant discernment to those in authority, we pray. In the halls of power and along our borders, guide every deliberation by Your perfect counsel.
Holy Spirit, we also pray, as the spiritual battle intensifies, arm us with Your full armor. Help us stand strong as faithful examples in a world searching for hope, as cultural tides assault the foundations of family and truth.
Forgive us, Father, for our sin; we have fallen short of Your glory. By Your mercy, turn our hearts back to You and lead us in obedience to Your Word, following the example of our Lord.
May Your presence calm our anxieties and leave us with confident peace, knowing no earthly power can dim Your sovereign light.
And we pray for strength for the week ahead, that our homes and work would honor You and serve as a witness to Your truth and grace.
We pray this in the mighty name of our risen Savior, Jesus Christ.
