Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Hefei Institute for Public Safety Research, Tsinghua University, China, to strengthen institutional collaboration in public safety, emergency management, research, and academic exchange. The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including joint academic and applied research, capacity building, personnel training, and the exchange of academic, technical, and professional expertise.
