A standoff between Ukraine's SBU and HUR is ongoing on Shumskogo Street in Kyiv, according to Ukrainska Pravda sources. Three HUR officers were reportedly injured in the conflict. Police blocked the street, while SBI investigators and the head of the SBU's Alpha special unit arrived at the scene. The sides later agreed to unload their weapons so investigators could begin working. The incident may be linked to the disappearance of RDK deputy commander Stepan Kaplunov.
