Official: Ukraine has warned the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) about the dangers of flying in Russian airspace, according to a letter sent to the ICAO Secretary-General.
The document states that the Ukrainian side is exercising its inalienable right to self-defense in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter, and therefore is compelled to appropriately respond to Russian terrorist air attacks.
