Ukraine's SBU and HUR say they prevented a terrorist attack in Kyiv that Russia's FSB was allegedly preparing against a leader of a Russian opposition political movement. The target had arrived in Ukraine for Independence Day. A shooting occurred overnight as special forces from the two agencies conducted the operation. Investigative actions are ongoing.
