Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi says the tragedy in Vyshneve "did not become a lesson" after a Russian strike in Bucha district caused a fire and subsequent detonations at warehouse facilities. He called repeating the same mistakes in the fifth year of the full-scale invasion "criminal negligence" and said everyone responsible must face strict punishment. Police, rescuers, explosives experts and other emergency services are working at the site.
