Pathoma summary, and a few university related sheets, I tried to compress it into a small revisory notebook to ease revision and memorization.
NOTE: this is not the complete version I wish to publish, but I will publish it anyways as my 1st edition, many more updates will be posted on this site, I need to perfect this to the best of my ability.
