University of the Spirit — Paul the Venetian
The retreats of the Great White Brotherhood, once physical on the lost continents of Lemuria and Atlantis, were withdrawn to the etheric octave and became accessible only to advanced initiates.
With the dawning of the Aquarian Age, lightbearers were again given an opportunity to enter these retreats—this time through soul travel, apart from the physical body.
Paul the Venetian invites us to study at his University of the Spirit at the Temple of the Sun

We may travel there in our finer bodies while our physical bodies sleep at night.
A few steps help facilitate this journey:
🍽️ Avoiding heavy foods in the hours before sleep allows the functions of the body to rest, so the soul may more easily ascend to higher octaves.
🎬 Steering clear of violent or negative movies and television in the hours before sleep keeps the soul from being magnetized to lower levels of consciousness.
🙏 Reading the words of an ascended master before sleep creates a period of spiritual attunement, helping align our consciousness with our intended destination.
Where we are in consciousness before we sleep will often determine where we go.
Prayer to Go to the Temple of the Sun
Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self, I call to Archangel Michael and his legions of blue-lightning angels to protect and transport my soul, clothed in her finer bodies, to the retreat of the ascended master Paul the Venetian at the Temple of the Sun over Manhattan this night.
Escort me, instruct me, guide and protect me as I work to set free all life on earth. I ask this be done in accordance with the holy will of God.
