Hello Traders,
Platform 5 is now back live and trading can resume. Thank you all for your patience while the brokerage upgrade was being completed.
Now that the platform is back online, our team will begin working through everything that was affected during the downtime.
What happens next:
• All pending tickets will now be reviewed and resolved
• Pending accounts will be sent out
• Giveaway accounts will be sent out
• The compensation protocol will now begin
• Affected traders will be handled according to the compensation plan shared previously
Account Setup:
ALL MT5 TRADERS ARE TO CHECK THERE EMAILS FROM NEXT LEVEL FUNDED. YOU HAVE INSTRUCTIONS THERE ON HOW TO LOG INTO TOUR ACCOUNT.
We know the downtime caused frustration and delays, and we appreciate everyone who remained patient with us.
Now that Platform 5 is back live, we're moving forward with getting everything caught up and making sure affected traders receive what they're owed.
