Only then will the aforementioned premature and unhealthy excess and proletarianization of our intelligentsia be eliminated; only then will our Lithuanian city, with a healthy and prosperous national bourgeoisie, form an unshakable and reliable foundation for the state and culture. We will all agree that in this universal work of creating national culture, the principle of nationality must take precedence; the national element must be upheld everywhere, and the foreign element must be suppressed."

Tiktai tada atkristų minėtas per ankstyvas ir liguistas mūsų inteligentijos perteklius ir proletarizacija, tiktai tada mūsų lietuviškas miestas su sveika ir turtinga tautine buržuazija sudarytų nepajudinamą ir patikimą valstybės ir kultūros fundamentą.
