Call for Applications: Central Asia & Turkiye Youth Talks 2025

The OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe in cooperation with the youth Network by Consensus are pleased to announce a call for applications for the Central Asia & Turkiye Youth Talks to be held on 3-10 August 2026 in Istanbul, Turkiye.
The Central Asia & Turkiye Youth Talks is an exchange and learning event that brings together young people from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkiye, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The event will provide a discussion platform for young people to share their views, ideas, and achievements and foster mutual learning and development in their communities.
🗣️ What to Expect
This week-long forum will provide a vibrant platform for youth to:
• Share views, ideas, and community achievements
• Engage in regional and global discussions
• Build capacity in key areas, including financial literacy, of financial literacy, youth entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence and businesses, dialogue and security.
👤 Who Can Apply
We invite applications from individuals who are:
• Aged 18–25 and from Central Asia and Turkiye
• Actively engaged in community or regional cooperation initiatives
• Experienced or passionate about the event’s focus areas
• Fluent in English
• Willing to learn, contribute, and connect across borders

Costs and Practical Info:
• All travel and participation costs will be fully covered
• Participants must be available for the entire event duration
