Monday morning it's a lawn. By Monday night there's a shelter under it.
This backyard shelter is precast concrete and comes in two pieces: the entry shaft and the arched room. A flatbed brings both to your property. The crew starts digging in the morning, and by evening the shelter is set in the ground and covered back up.
It fits a family of 4 to 6 and runs an NBC air filtration system that filters nuclear, biological and chemical contaminants. Concrete doesn't rust, so there's no coating to fail in wet soil.
If you've put off a shelter because you pictured months of construction in your yard, watch the video. It's one day.
