Overall, it is evident that the highest proportion of workforce came from Japan, closely followed by the US , while the weakest amount can be observed in Egypt. Besides , in terms of managers, Australia and The United States led the group , contrary to Sri Lanka which had the lowest figures.
Turning to the details, Japan secured the highest position in the rate of women employed in workforce , accounting for a staggering 48%, with second-placed US trailing behind at 46%. Interestingly, Australia and Sri Lanka depicted a somewhat similar scenario, with respective figures standing at 42% and 41%. In contrast, Egyptian women showed little interest in engaging in workforce, amounting to a mere 20%.
Female managers, on the other hand, bucked the foregoing trend. Australia and The United States exhibited identical patterns , making up an impressive 43% each . However, Japan and Egypt represented comparable figures with minimal 5 percent difference ( 17% and 12%, respectively). Finally, Sri Lanka's rate was nowhere as high as that of Australia, with a negligible 9%.
