Ci sono due paure fondamentali:
- perdere ciò che si ha
- non ottenere ciò che si
vuole
C'è una sola soluzione:
innamorarsi di ciò che Sei.
**🌸**

There are two fundamental fears:
- losing what you have
- not getting what you
want
There is only one solution:
to fall in love with who you are.
There
At last we realise that our partners, what we do, our religions, our possessions, our trophies, our bank balances, the fabulous certificates hanging on our walls and even our perfect bodies will not make us happy.
Not permanently, at least.
This realisation is disillusionment, the shattering of illusions, the fading of childhood dreams, and it often manifests itself as depression, anxiety, existential nausea…
But disillusionment can be a marvellous thing.
For, at its very heart, lies an invitation to move beyond all the comforts and pleasures of the world—which will never truly deliver on their promises—and to rediscover That Which Never Changes.
When you realise that nothing, no external ‘thing’ – no person, no object, no substance, circumstance, revelation, no singular experience – has ever had the power to make you permanently happy, you discover a deeper invitation; you realise that ‘nothingness’, which is you, is the source of true happiness and that all experiences contain the key to it.
Nothing can make you happy, so happiness is within you, and this is the source of great joy.
