Description:
We are a software development company providing web, mobile, and custom software solutions for local and international clients. We are looking for an experienced Upwork Job Search Specialist to help us find and secure software development projects.
Responsibilities:
• Search Upwork daily for suitable software development projects
• Analyze job posts and identify high-quality opportunities
• Apply using our company Upwork accounts
• Write professional proposals and communicate with clients
• Follow up with potential clients until project success
• Schedule client discussions with our technical team
• Prepare daily and weekly application reports
Requirements:
• Previous Upwork job search and proposal experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience communicating with international clients
• Understanding of software development projects
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Background:
Candidates with software development experience are highly preferred, especially knowledge of:
• Web development
• Mobile applications
• ERP and business software solutions
