Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.
What You’ll Do:
• Follow up with potential clients through calls and messages
• Understand prospects’ needs and recommend the right coaching service
• Handle sales conversations from initial contact to closing
• Consistently follow up with leads
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Track your leads, conversations, and sales
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets
Who We’re Looking For:
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but 0–2 years of experience is welcome
• Confident and persuasive communicator
• Fluent in Amharic and English
• Comfortable talking to people and handling objections
• Competitive, ambitious, and target-driven
• Consistent with follow-ups
• Willing to learn and improve sales skills
Compensation:
• Base Salary: 5,000 ETB/month
• Commission: 10% on every sale you close
High earning potential: Strong performers can earn 20,000–30,000+ ETB/month in commission alone, depending on their sales performance. There is no fixed limit on commission—the more you sell, the more you earn.
