Rhythm:(regular or irregular) نعرفهم عن طريق المسافات إللي بين ال QRS هل متساوية أو لا . إذا كان متساوية يعتبر regular . إذا كان غير متساوية يعتبر irregular . Rate: إذا كان regular 300 ➗عدد المربعات الكبيرة بين اثنين QRS يعني 300/number large square bet. R-R interval إذا كان irregular نعد 30 مربع كبير ونشوف كم معانا QRS فيهم ونضربهم في 10 بدلما نجلس نعد، نستخدم المسطرة حيث 30 مربع كبير يساوي 15cm . Axis: نعرفه عن طريق ال Lead 1 & Lead 111or avF -if Lead 1 +ve QRS & Lead 111 or avF +ve QRS=Normal axis -if Lead 1 +ve QRS & Lead 111 or avF -ve QRS=Left axis deviation Causes:- LVH LBBB Left anterior hemiblock Ascites Hyperkalemia Inferior infarction Normal -if Lead 1-ve QRS & Lead 111 or avF +ve QRS=Right axis deviation Causes:- RVH RBBB Left posterior hemiblock Chronic lung disease Pulmonary embolism Normal -if Lead 1-ve QRS & Lead 111 or avF -ve QRS=Extreme axis deviation Causes:- Causes of RAD+LAD except normal .
