4. for those who are mutual, a list will be provided to make it clearer and to prevent mutuals from just being a mere display. at a minimum, those who are mutual must have hfw in each bbc.

8. don't oot in comsect, whatever comsect it is. if the bbc is about material, then discuss about material. if the BBC is about licensing something, then adjust the comments accordingly.
9. related to number 8, don't oot in comsect let alone promote anything, it is strictly prohibited on our channel. don't be stupid by teasing "prohibition is the rule" very freak.
10. our channel does not offer paid promotions, as it is still a small channel and cannot guarantee that many people will be interested. this number will be removed soon, not so fast.
