Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer – Solar Projects to manage end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for large-scale solar power projects at Mundra, Gujarat. The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, EPC project execution knowledge, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for solar EPC projects.
• Prepare baseline schedules, resource-loaded schedules, and cash flow curves.
• Establish project timelines covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule optimization.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
• Track project progress and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports for management and clients.
• Analyze delays, identify root causes, and propose recovery plans.
• Monitor key project milestones and contractual deliverables.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
