The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Electrical and MEP projects. • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and time requirements. • Work closely with procurement and engineering teams to obtain accurate pricing data. • Identify potential cost-saving measures and alternative solutions. • Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations for cost control. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. • Assist in #bid preparation, tendering processes, and contract negotiations. • Maintain updated cost databases and historical project cost records. • Collaborate with project managers and clients to review estimates and budget allocations. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 4 years in cost estimation for Electrical & MEP projects. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP design, and construction methodologies. • Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
