Job Title: Product Growth Manager

Salary: ₦500,000 Net + up to 0.5% commission

About the Role
Borderless HR's client, a licensed financial institution providing loan and investment solutions, is growing its Proof of Funds product supporting clients with travel, education, immigration, and relocation processes. The Product Growth Manager will drive growth of this business, generate revenue, develop strategic partnerships, and manage the end-to-end customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to grow the Proof of Funds business and achieve revenue targets
* Identify new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels
* Source, onboard, and maintain relationships with strategic partners (travel agencies, education consultants, immigration firms)
* Build and manage the product sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
* Oversee the end-to-end customer and transaction process with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service teams
* Track product performance, revenue, transaction volumes, and profitability
* Prepare performance reports and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline
* 3–5 years' experience in Product Management, Business Development, Sales, or Fintech
* Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently
