Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)

* Data & Design: Architect scalable data pipelines to power business insights, and create world-class, intuitive web experiences for Paystack users.
Requirements
* Proven senior-level track record in software engineering, platform security, database administration, QA leadership, data engineering, or web design.
* Deep technical expertise relevant to the applied role (e.g., cloud platforms, automated testing frameworks, UI/UX, database management, security compliance).
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in fast-paced, high-scale tech environments.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
