About the Role
DT is seeking a reliable, high-capacity Graphic Designer to translate the brand’s creative direction into polished, consistent visual content. Working within an established brand system, you will execute compelling designs across social media, workshops, editorial pieces, newsletters, campaigns, events, and publishing channels while managing multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate overall creative direction into high-quality visual designs across print and digital media.
* Produce design assets for social media platforms, email newsletters, marketing campaigns, and events.
* Design materials for editorial publications, workshop collaterals, and brand publishing outputs.
* Maintain strict visual consistency and adhere to established brand guidelines and design systems.
* Organize and manage design assets with robust file management practices.
* Work efficiently under tight deadlines, taking initiative and maintaining a high creative standard.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel visual work.
* Strong execution, responsiveness, and problem-solving initiative.
* Proficiency in professional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
* Deep understanding of branding, typography, editorial layout, and digital design trends.
* Excellent file management, organization, and time-management skills under multiple deadlines.
