About the Role
IDA Beauty is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Public Relations Officer to serve as a key representative and public face of the brand — responsible for brand pitching, strategic relationship management, partnerships, and coordination of sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage IDA Beauty's public relations strategy
* Create brand storytelling content reflecting the company's vision and identity
* Write press releases, media statements, and campaign narratives
* Build relationships with media outlets, blogs, influencers, and press platforms
* Coordinate interviews, features, and press coverage for the brand and CEO
* Pitch stories and campaigns to relevant media platforms
* Lead communication for product launches, campaigns, and announcements
* Monitor media trends and identify brand visibility opportunities
* Ensure all external communication aligns with the brand voice and image
Requirements
* Experience in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or Brand Management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong storytelling and writing skills
* Strong networking and relationship-building ability
* Confident, articulate, and highly professional
* Good understanding of branding, marketing, and social media trends
* Experience with media houses, blogs, or PR campaigns is an advantage
* Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury industry experience is an added advantage
