About the Role
ETL Engineering Services Limited, a premier Engineering and Technical Training company, is seeking a proactive, people-oriented Junior Recruitment Executive to play a key role in delivering recruitment and employee outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to placement
* Identify, screen, and engage top talent
* Coordinate interviews and candidate placements
* Manage onboarding and deployment of outsourced employees
* Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and outsourced staff
* Keep recruitment pipelines, employee records, and reports up to date
* Resolve day-to-day recruitment and outsourcing matters efficiently
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment and outsourcing management
* Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-management skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
