About the Role
Pallyshop Discount is seeking passionate and results-driven Growth Officers to drive customer acquisition, increase platform visibility, and grow subscriptions through field engagement, community outreach, and business networking.
The ideal candidate will promote the platform, educate prospective customers on its benefits, drive subscriptions, and build strong customer relationships that support retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage prospective customers through field visits, community outreach, and networking.
* Promote the platform’s value proposition and subscription benefits.
* Drive customer registration, subscription, and active platform usage.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features to potential customers.
* Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
* Execute grassroots marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support growth strategies.
* Meet and exceed monthly customer acquisition and subscription targets.
* Prepare reports on customer engagement, sales activities, and growth performance.
* Represent the company professionally during promotional events and marketing activations.
Requirements
* OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* 2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, business development, or field marketing.
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
* Ability to work independently and effectively in the field.
* Basic knowledge of mobile applications and online platforms.
