📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and operational assessments
- Identify gaps, ensure compliance, and provide on-site support
- Report and follow up on operational and technical issues
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and external partners
- Monitor branch performance and support improvement plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations or multi-site management
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and travel within the region
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting systems
