🔥 JOB SUMMARY
Dodo Pizza is looking for an experienced and dedicated Pizza Maker to join our team in Erbil.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in pizza preparation and restaurant operations, with strong attention to quality, speed, cleanliness, and consistency.
👨🍳 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
• Stretch and prepare pizza dough accurately and consistently.
• Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and report shortages.
• Work efficiently during peak hours.
• Follow instructions from the Shift Supervisor and Store Manager.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as a Pizza Maker is required.
• Knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza ovens.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Arabic is required; English or Kurdish is a plus.
