• Maintain and update system configurations
• Preparing and adjusting system configurations
• Resolve configuration-related issues and incidents
• Ensure the accuracy of system configurations

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in IT or the telecommunications industry is preferred
• Knowledge of billing and interface systems
• Understanding of SQL and database structures
• Technical English proficiency
