⚡️ Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming leads and record them in the CRM
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs
• Keep the customer database up to date
• Post vacancies/advertisements on OLX and Telegram and monitor responses
• Prepare short daily reports and maintain CRM records
📱 Requirements:
• Confident communication skills and willingness to make calls
• Ability to establish contact with customers
• Knowledge of AmoCRM and/or Bitrix24
