📌A three-day workshop of Training of Trainers for strengthening mental health and psychosocial support for for specialized teams of the IRCS was held
🔻The ICRC and IIRCS are strengthening mental health and psychosocial support for emergency responders through this workshop in Tehran.
🔻The programme brought together 20 IRCS psychologists and focuses on responder wellbeing, resilience, peer support, psychological distress, referral pathways and practical self-care.
🔻These psychologists would subsequently deliver mental self-care workshops to 600 of Relief and Rescue personnel of the IRCS in 2 phases.
