The U.S. Secretary of State:No country should help Iran evade sanctions.
No country should help create mechanisms that allow Iran to generate revenue used to finance terrorism and to attempt to develop nuclear weapons.
If countries decide to do so, we will be forced to impose sanctions on them as well
