Secretary of State Rubio stated that the United States and Ukraine are negotiating to grant Kyiv a license to manufacture Patriot systems.He emphasized that Ukraine will need several years to build the production facilities for the Patriot systems, even if the country receives the necessary license from the United States.
Furthermore, Rubio reported that the CIA director’s visit to Moscow was a continuation of efforts to establish channels of communication between U.S. and Russian intelligence services.
Witcoff and Kushner are fully focused on negotiations to reach peace agreements, including the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine, Rubio said
