3. How to appoint and train Presiding Officer and members of POSH committee.
4. How to facilitate the smooth functioning of POSH Committee.
5. How to ensure timely completion of POSH enquiries.
6. How to understand and implement the interim and final recommendations of POSH Committee.
7. How to publish the POSH statistics in Annual Report.
8. How to submit Annual Return to the Government.
9. How to identify cases to be handled by Internal Committee and Local Committee.
10. How to take punitive action as per section 14 and 16.
11. How to create awareness about POSH among employees.
COURSE FEES:
