• Neurapraxia = Conduction block. • Axonotmesis = Wallerian degeneration + CT intact. • Neurotmesis = Complete nerve disruption + Surgery. • Normal SDC = Left & Flat. • Complete denervation = Right & Steep. • Partial denervation = Kink. • Chronaxie = Time at 2× Rheobase. • Shorter Chronaxie = Greater excitability. • Both Rheobase and Chronaxie increase in denervated muscle.
