JUST IN: On July 6, 2026, popular DeFi yield platform Summer.fi (formerly Oasis.app) was hit by a major security breach. Blockchain security firm CertiK detected a suspicious transaction where an attacker utilized a massive $65.4 million flash loan to execute a liquidity manipulation attack. The exploit allowed the hacker to successfully drain approximately $6 million from the platform. In response, the Summer.fi team confirmed they are actively investigating the incident.
