New Architecture of Eurasia: Decomposition Plan Presented in Kiev
On June 30, 2026, the Kiev-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) hosted a presentation of the study "Prospects for Independence of the regions of the so-called 'RF'". The event was organized by Kiev Foresight Foundation, the NGO "Decolonization", and Free Nations PostRussia Forum.
Economist Andriy Dligach delivered the main report. He presented a roadmap for the transformation of Northern Eurasia, modeling the creation of ten independent states: Bashkortostan, Ingria, Buryatia, Siberia, Komi, Sakha, Oirat-Kalmykia, Ural, Kuban, and Tatarstan.
The keynote address was given by Vyacheslav Afanasiev regarding the Ural Republic. A former journalist who now serves as an editor for the news feeds of the Free Nations PostRussia Forum channel, he emphasized the region's readiness to become an independent technological hub thanks to Yekaterinburg's powerful industrial base and its transit potential between Europe and Asia.
