Again, we will propose various projects not only directly in the field of Nuclear Science and Technology, Radiochemistry and radiation protection but also applying other fields to our areas of work, such as:
• Environment and climate
• Energy sustainability
• Data management analysis, research, and applications for evidence-based decision-making
• Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and complex systems
• Health and consumer protection
• Social and political sciences, geopolitics, democracy, science communication, economic and financial resilience
• Behavioural science, research management, economics and education
Candidates are encouraged to apply for any field of their interest also if their studies/background is not listed for the field or is not fully aligned. In addition to research topics, we may propose projects involving design, operation and maintenance of JRC nuclear installations.
