Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 - 5 Years Required (Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience; hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong digital marketing and social media management skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are an advantage.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, business acumen, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Responsibilities: Develop/implement marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms/create content, promote hotel/spa/event services, build relationships with corporate clients/partners, conduct market research, organize promotional events, monitor performance/prepare reports, coordinate with all departments, and assist in developing branding materials.
