𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝: 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 🌱 🌍 | 𝐑𝐞𝐯 𝐃𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐦 𝐓𝐚𝐧
Hello, Faith Fam! Before we dive into 2 Corinthians 5:17–20, let's look at what happens when we receive Jesus into our lives. The Bible says we become a new creation—the old has gone, and the new has come! But does that mean we instantly turn into perfect angels? Not exactly. We all still struggle with the reality of our human nature and spiritual immaturity. There is a gap between our standing (already sanctified in Christ) and our current state (our everyday condition).
How do we bridge this gap? Through Christian growth! When we encounter Christ, we are transformed into His image from one degree of glory to another. Because we are a new creation, God gives us two amazing things: reconciliation with Him and the ministry of reconciliation. Many of us think we don't have a ministry, but if you are saved, God has committed this very message and ministry to you!
This reveals God's incredible heart for the world. Christ died for everyone, not counting their sins against them. His plan involves us! God's method is people: lives touching lives. We are called to be Christ's ambassadors every single day.
So, what is our daily mission of living? We need to know who we are (Christ's ambassadors), know what God is doing through us (making us His messengers), and share the simple message: "Be reconciled to God!" You don't have to be called as a full-time Christian worker, but we are all called to be full-time Christians, serving the Lord wherever we are. Keep praying for your loved ones who don't know the Lord, because nothing is impossible for those who believe!
