🏛️ 1. Senior Architect
• Experienced in architectural design and development
• Able to prepare detailed working drawings, architectural models, 3D views, and as-built drawings
• Strong knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations
• Proficient in Revit and Archicad
• Ability to maintain design standards and ensure regulatory compliance
🏗️ 2. Senior Structural Engineer (ST)
• Experienced in structural design, modeling, and analysis
• Able to prepare detailed structural drawings and detailing
• Experienced in preparing detailed Structural BOQ
• Strong knowledge of structural design standards and construction requirements
• Capable of coordinating structural models and drawings with other disciplines
📐⚡🚰🏗️ 3. Senior Draftsman – AR, EL, SN & ST
• Experienced in drafting Architectural (AR), Electrical (EL), Sanitary (SN), and Structural (ST) drawings
• Able to prepare accurate and detailed working drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong technical drawing, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination skills
