Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or with related field of study with relevant work experience.
🌟Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall execution of building construction projects.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Manage project time, cost, quality, resources, and risk.
- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, technical submissions, and site issues.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Handle contracts, variations, claims, payment certificates, and project correspondence.
